Meet the Lab Team

My name is Scott. I’m happily married to my beautiful wife Jennifer. We have 3 boys, 3 dogs, and 1 cat. I love sports, grilling, anything outside, and Duke Basketball.
     
I started here in 1996 and truly enjoy working here. The most rewarding part is seeing all the happy smiles of our patients and reading all the wonderful testimonies and reviews they leave on our website.

My name is Richard and I’ve been working here since 1997. I have 1 son who is my best friend and I couldn’t imagine what life would be like without him. I love to play basketball and am hoping age doesn’t catch up to me for a long time.
       
I honestly didn’t think I’d be here for more than 10 years when I first started. When you enjoy working with your coworkers (who become a second family) and you get the satisfaction of seeing what you’re doing is making someone else’s smile bigger and brighter, it makes it all worth it. If you can bring a patient to tears from the joy of a new smile, I mean, who wouldn’t like that?!?! Smiles are contagious, ya know!! Oh yeah, one more thing, Go Tar Heels!!

Mark John – Lab Technician
I graduated with a Marketing Management degree from Informatics College in the Philippines and spent over a decade mastering the fast-paced world of retail marketing. After moving from Metro Manila to North Carolina, I decided it was the perfect time for a plot twist—so I dove headfirst into the dental field! Now working as a Dental Lab Technician, I spends my days crafting dentures and implant restorations, turning digital designs and wax models into real-life smiles. It makes sense, really—I have always been drawn to bright, perfect, confident smiles; I just didn’t know I would end up making them.
Outside the lab, you can usually find me helping restore a 100-year-old home in Rocky Mount (yes, there’s always something to fix) or planning my next travel adventure. I’m happiest when I am learning and creating something, especially when surrounded by good friends and good vibes.
