This is an implant restoration that is fixed, or screwed into place and isn’t taken out by the patient.

It can only be removed by the doctor if needed at recall appointments.

This is a truly amazing restoration that is perfect for someone who does not like the idea of taking a denture in and out of their mouth.

  • A special metal bar/framework is fabricated to screw into implants to increase foundation and stability, and teeth are set on top of the bar similar to a denture
  • Fixed restoration gives most bite force/ability back and can feel most like natural teeth
  • Still replaces teeth AND gums that have been lost due to bone loss
  • Much less bulk of material needed
  • Requires more implants for support- have to be standard size implants, cannot be mini implants
  • Usually less heavy than other fixed ceramic and metal restorations
  • Small space is left between the restoration and the gums to allow for cleaning- it is very important to have great oral hygiene as this is harder to clean than a denture you take out
  • Implants stabilize bone loss and take the pressures of the dentures off the gums

The absolute, hands down, 100%, BEST place to go for Dentures or Implants!!! From the initial phone and consultation, all the way until I walked out with a new smile, EVERY person that I came in contact with was amazing!! All so helpful, so nice, and understanding. They explained my best options after finding out what was most important to me. Every visit went smooth, they took their time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the process. I am the biggest coward there is when going to the dentist. These people make you feel at ease and they spoke to you with kindness, because they know people don't just go to the dentist because they really love to, right? It was really pleasant and I felt relaxed. I had a partial made and it gave me back my smile! It's so realistic, that every time I walk by a mirror, I'm not just grinning, I'm smiling! They need to put a 10 star rating on here, because that's what they deserve! Thank you so much, Jordan, Tonya and Dr. Joc!! And they just called to check on me, that's awesome!!

When I was little had a very bad experience at the dentist office so, the only time I go to the dentist was I had to. I had to have seven teeth pulled to obtain upper dentures. I honestly wanted to be put to sleep but this doctor reassured me it would be ok. The day came to pull the teeth I can say God was leading this doctor's hands. This dentist was awesome in keeping my anxiety down and he had the teeth out within minutes and his compassion and caring was out of this world. Thanks so much for giving me a new smile and the confidence to smile.
